If you're not overly familiar with us, we're happy to let you know that The Mac Store is the oldest locally-owned and operated Apple reseller in the Pacific Northwest, and one of Apple's largest independent Specialists. We have locations in Seattle, Redmond, Kent, Portland, Clackamas, Beaverton, Salem, Corvallis and Eugene. But none of that means anything if you don't have a great experience when you walk into one of our stores.

Accordingly, our goal is to provide you the friendliest assistance, the largest selection of new Macs, used Macs, and iPod related products, and the most expert Apple Authorized service possible, all in an environment that's warm and fun. We've also been offering Mac trade in and iPod trade in services for years.

If we ever fall short hitting any of those goals, please let us know. Of course, you can also let us know when we're doing a good job–we just like hearing from our customers!
