Here's how our Mac Trade-in works...

Fill out all of the following information and based on that information we will contact you with the estimated value of your used Mac. Please remember that this will be just an estimate and still must be looked over and tested before final value is assigned.

Model Identifier

  • Step #1 - To find your Mac's Model Identifier click on apple icon in the upper left corner of your computer and select the "About This Mac" from the drop-down menu.

  • Step #2 - Now with the "About This Mac" window open select the button at the bottom titled, "More Info...". This will open an additional window with all the details of your mac.

  • Step #3 - In the new window, click on "Hardware" in the left column, if not already selected. You will find the Model Identifier in the main view of the window. (Please see the image below further for reference.)

Processor Speed

  • Step #1 - To find your Mac's Processor Speed click on apple icon in the upper left corner of your computer and select the "About This Mac" from the drop-down menu.

  • Step #2 - Now with the "About This Mac" window open select the button at the bottom titled, "More Info...". This will open an additional window with all the details of your mac.

  • Step #3 - In the new window, click on "Hardware" in the left column, if not already selected. You will find the Processor Speed in the main view of the window. (Please see the image below further for reference.)

Memory/RAM

  • Step #1 - To find your Mac's Memory click on apple icon in the upper left corner of your computer and select the "About This Mac" from the drop-down menu.

  • Step #2 - Now with the "About This Mac" window open select the button at the bottom titled, "More Info...". This will open an additional window with all the details of your mac.

  • Step #3 - In the new window, click on "Hardware" in the left column, if not already selected. You will find the Memory in the main view of the window. (Please see the image below further for reference.)

Drive Capacity

  • Step #1 - To find your Mac's Drive Capacity click on your computer's Finder. In the upper corner of the first column click on "Macintosh HD".

  • Step #2 - Once you have clicked on "Macintosh HD" go the main menu at the top of your computer and click on "File", scroll down and select "Get Info".

  • Step #3 - In the new window - Macintosh HD Info - you will find your Mac's "Capacity". (Please see the image below further for reference.)
