Free Loaner
We know how hard it is to be without your computer for any length of time. As well made as the Macintosh is, it is still an electronic device, and sometimes things can break down. With iCare, if your machine needs repair and it's going to be in the shop for more than a day, we'll give you a Macintosh laptop on loan absolutely free to help tide you over.
Priority Repair Service
In addition to the above, iCare members will automatically be moved to the front of the line for in-house repair service. With the popularity of Macs booming, this can be a real time-saver!
Free House Calls Visit
Sometimes it's nice to have an expert technician come to your location when you're having issues, because things like internet connectivity, networking issues and more aren't always easy to diagnose when a computer is in the shop. In addition, we all know that time is as important as money, so saving the time and hassle of packing up your equipment when things aren't working just right can be a real boon as well.
Ten Percent off any used Mac
People don't always know that we carry a very large inventory of a wide variety of used Macs. So, to call attention to this fact as well as provide an extra benefit to our iCare members, you'll get an additional 10% off the already nationally competitive prices on any used Mac we sell for the duration of your iCare membership.
Mac Setup
If you purchase iCare with a new Mac, we'll install software and transfer files onto your new Mac for free! So from the first time you turn it on, your Mac will be set up just the way you want it.
iCare Quarterly Deals
iCare members will receive exclusive offers via email about once a quarter on the hottest Apple-related merchandise around. These aren't just specially priced items that are available to anyone, they're offers designed to make you really glad to be an iCare member. The offers are not transferable nor will we concurrently advertise or make available the deals to anyone but our iCare members.
