Here at the Mac Store, we're SO much more than just a retailer.
You'll never have to look elsewhere for the kinds of services that make owning a Mac that much easier - like our iCare Customer Care Program, Mac Repair and HelpDesk. Each of these services is designed to make keeping your Mac in top shape as easy as picking up the phone.
In addition to providing services designed to make owning your Mac easy, our Mac trade-in program makes getting rid of your old machines a snap. Be it for saving money on an upgrade, using an older Mac's value to pick up some peripherals for a new machine, or simply recycling a nonfunctional Apple machine - we're dedicated to finding a new home for you old gear. Even if the best place for that beloved old Mac is in the recycle bin.
We make upgrading your Mac or iPod easy!
Considering how often we need to upgrade our electronics these days, it's easy to forget that what may have no value to you often has value to someone else whose needs may be different than your own. For example, even though you have upgraded to the latest AVCHD Canon camcorder or upgraded a piece of software and need a new Mac to use them, your neighbor may just need something in the way of a used Mac to surf the web and access his or her bank online.
Trade In Your Mac, iPhone or iPod
Accordingly, The Mac Store is proud to offer a Mac Trade-In Program, an iPhone Trade-In Program and an iPod Trade-In Program to our customers. This allows you to trade in your old Mac, iPhone or iPod towards the purchase of anything in the store, and we'll do it right on the spot! If you haven't decided exactly what you'd like to buy, you may also put money on account towards a future purchase.
Recycle Your Mac
Just in case your machine doesn't qualify for our Mac trade-in program, we offer you the opportunity to recycle your Mac right in our stores. We have recycling barrels at each location for your convenience. Macs deposited into these barrels are have all plastic and metal components recycled.
