How to export your Address Book to Excel and retain column formatting
First, download Address Book Exporter.
When you open it, select the group you would like to export or select all. In the configure settings, select the fields you would like to export and whether you would like the columns in the first line (typically this is how I export things).
Export your address book and open it with Numbers or Excel. It’s just that simple!
