The Kent Mac Store
Customer Sales/Service Representative
If you are Mac Savvy, motivated, energetic, friendly, and have retail sales experience, then we are looking for you!!
Under the guidelines of CSNW policies and applicable laws, the CSSR is responsible for providing an overall exceptional experience to our customers. As our employee's reflect the personality and values of our company, the CSSR must be naturally people and customer service oriented and aligned with The Computer Store's (TCS) key values. The CSSR needs the right focus and attitude to assist their General Manager and Teammates in leading their store to victory.
Applicants must have 1 to 2 years of successful sales experience in a fast-paced retail sales environment. Basic to Intermediate experience and knowledge of Macintosh products and the Window operating system is mandatory.
All staff is required to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.

- energetic; Highly Motivated and Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment
- able to multitask with a smile

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.
In addition to your base pay, which will depend on your level of experience, you will have the opportunity to bonus every month as set goals are met.

Inventory Specialist
If you are motivated, energetic, friendly, and have retail inventory experience, then we are looking for you!!
Under the guidelines of CSNW policies and applicable laws, the Inventory Specialist is responsible for recording and maintaining control of all inventory items purchased and produced; Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures; Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; Works under general supervision while performing a variety of tasks. The primary job functions require a true balance of exercising independent judgment and direct communication and interaction with the Inventory Manager, Director of Inventory, General Store Manager and other inventory staff.
