Customer Service Representative
In our fast-paced Macintosh retail sales environment, the Customer Service Representatives strengthen our reputation by making Customer Service a TOP priority.
The duties of our Customer Service Representatives include providing friendly greetings to our customer's when they walk in the store; offering prompt assistance with sales and service questions; and always striving to educate the customer on our products and services. This position will also provide back-up assistance to our Inventory Department.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
In addition to your base pay of $8 to $10/hr (depending on your experience), you will have the opportunity to bonus every month as set goals are met.

Corporate Office - Lake Oswego
Inventory Specialist - Lake Oswego Warehouse (Loc 9)
In a high-energy Macintosh environment, our Inventory Specialist records and maintains control of all inventory items purchased and produced; Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures; Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; Works under general supervision while performing a variety of tasks.
The primary job functions require a true balance of exercising independent judgment and direct communication and interaction with the Inventory Manager, Director of Inventory, and other departments.
- Check received goods; account for all items against the packing slips enclosed in each shipment. Perform internal distribution of received goods.
- Process shipping and receiving of inter-store transfers.
- Complete numerous sales and buybacks to PowerMax.
- Interface with other departments to ensure timely and accurate receipt of products and to resolve any purchase order/deliveries discrepancies.
- Maintain an extensive database of returned goods, for Return Merchandise Authorization
- Collect information for damage claims on in-transit damages.
- Sorting and filing departmental documents.
- Generate memorandums, reports and general correspondence.
- Back-up position for computer configuration, shipping department and trade-in process
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- 1-2 years of general Experience (Inventory/stock room experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills, detailed oriented and highly motivated with good work ethic
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which will include weekends, evenings and holidays
- Must have experience using an automated inventory system, intermediate computer skills, word processing software, internet, email and database applications); and FileMaker a plus
Education/Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent on the job experience
